• You may not attempt to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Account credentials must not be shared with anyone else.
• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration, as they will be used for OTP verification.

Deposits and withdrawals on 9x999 are supported via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. We support Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 300
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
